Sierra M. Bednarz

Sierra M. Bednarz is an associate lawyer at Steigerwald Hoge Pinx & Brar LLP in Winnipeg, Manitoba, focusing primarily on criminal defence. Sierra earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law in 2023. After graduating, Sierra completed her articles and began her legal career at Simmonds and Associates where she gained valuable experience defending clients facing a range of criminal charges, reinforcing her commitment to principled and effective representation. In 2025, she joined Steigerwald Hodge Pinx & Brar LLP as an associate, where she continues to focus her practice primarily on criminal defence. Sierra has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, and her practice areas include matters under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, and Highway Traffic Act.

Sierra was called to the bar in 2024, and she is a member of the Criminal Defence Lawyers Association of Manitoba and the Law Society of Manitoba.
